Identity and packaging design for fashion brand
Client brief
Developed by two young entrepreneurs from Antwerp, Komono is the low-cost/high-quality alternative to big streetwear accessories brands. They have developed a range of fashion products with groundbreaking prices without cutting innovation, quality or style. Multiple colors of talking & calculator watches, a range of sunglasses and a collection of flashy boxers shorts is the 2009 range of Komono. They asked us to create the identity of the brand, and a low-cost packaging system.
Creative solution
Coast’s commitment to details and understanding of the market has lead us to creating a brand articulated through the banner of a geometric sign. Komono is total and pure and so is the identity : a vision that is seen in all brand material from advertising to packaging. The first guardian of the brand is the packaging system built on the die-cut logotype. The brand was launched in the autumn of 2009. Our work includes identity, logotype, packaging design and website.
