Commercial brochure concept, content and design

Contractor’s commercial brochure for new architectural project to be built in Mons. The work, devised and designed globally at Coast included copywriting, 3D visual rendering and layout. Aiming for an exclusive clientele, the brochure was carefully crafted with special techniques of foil blocking and use of multiple paper stocks.
